Synopsis:
The teams must prepare dishes for Chef Ramsay in a relay race. The winners are treated to private surfing lessons. The losing team is forced to clean the entire restaurant. During dinner service, Chef Ramsay gives the contestants the chance to create their own menus, but when one team can't decide on the menu, it causes major chaos.
