Synopsis:
The remaining five contestants are merged into one team- the Black Team- and now compete head to head. For the challenge, each chef has to prepare 100 individual portions of a dish for 'trendsetters'. These trendsetters turn out to be high school students and Julia's chicken and cheese sandwich wins the most votes. She receives a trip to the Green Valley Ranch. For the evening's service, 100 is the number of the day as the Black Team must serve 100 tables. Josh has significant problems with his risottos and pastas and every dish is returned to the kitchen so Ramsey kicks him off the show. As service continues with the four chefs, Rock's temper gets the best of him and Julia struggles at the garnish station but everyone finishes the service. Julia and Rock are placed in the bottom two and Julia is eliminated, even though Ramsey heaps praise on her and offers to send her to culinary school.
