Synopsis:
The two teams are woken up early to retrieve and prepare Dover sole for the dinner service. Ramsey challenges them to a fish preparation competition and the Red Team wins by one fish. Aaron continues to not feel his best and suffers from cramps, so he is excused from the kitchen and put to work on the dining room floor deboning the fish for the patrons. His performance and efficiency is poor however. Eddie does a bad job preparing the pasta and Josh undercooks some meat. The women seem to perform the evening's dinner service well and are told to complete the Blue Team's remaining dishes. The Red Team is the clear winner and Eddie is eliminated.
