Synopsis:
The final three are given twenty minutes to recreate Ramsay's signature dish and Virginia wins the challenge, much to the dismay of Heather and Keith who secretly accuse her of cheating. Virginia wins time with Ramsey to learn about running a restaurant while the other two polish silverware. For the dinner service, the three contestants' leadership skills are put to the test as each of the cooks has to function as the head chef, checking quality and proper preparation of dishes before they are taken out to the floor. Heather and Keith both perform adequately but Virginia impresses Ramsay the most. Even though Virginia has been in the bottom three six times before, Ramsay eliminates Keith for his rude attitude.
