Synopsis:
The contestants go out of the kitchen for their challenge where they each prepare a lunch special for a group of construction workers. Virginia's sandwich is voted top choice and she is given a hefty prize- a shopping spree at a kitchen supply store and a guaranteed spot in the Final 3. This angers the other cooks as they believe Virginia to be out of her depth. At dinner service, the cooks are told that they will also be serving three master chefs so the pressure is on. Virginia continuously holds up the pace by not preparing the garnishes fast enough, especially with Heather moving at a rapid pace at the meat station. Sara runs into trouble over the amount of fish she has and Keith undercooks some of his pasta. Virginia continues to disappoint Ramsay and he ends up telling her that her spot in the Final 3 is no longer guaranteed. At elmination he changes his mind and stays true to his word, eliminating Sara.
