Synopsis:
Both teams are taken to Grand Central Market in order to be inspired to create a three course meal. They are then given twenty minutes to puchase the ingredients. The Teams come close on the challenge but the Red Team wins victory after Heather's dessert is deemed soggy. The menu for the dinner service is then thrown out and the two teams are given freedom to create their own. The Red Team's menu is overly ambitious and this prevents them from getting their plates out to the floor. Ramsay orders the Blue Team to help them finish their service as well. The Blue Team easily wins the night and Maribel is ultimately eliminated for lacking leadership qualities.
