Synopsis:
As the women filled Red Team is dominating the competition, Chef Ramsey shakes things up by transfering Heather to the Blue Team. The teams are then taken to Pink's Hot Dog Stand to watch one of LA's busiest restaurants operate but are then told that they have to open for a lunch service so the contestants sprint back to the restaurant. The presence of Heather helps the Blue Team and they end up narrowly winning the lunch service. It's also the first time Ramsey hasn't closed the kitchen down. For the dinner service, the success at lunch isn't duplicated and Ramsey shuts the kitchen down after numerous mistakes and blunders occur. He has one chef from each team nominated to be in the bottom two- Virginia and Tom- and he ends up eliminating Tom.
