Synopsis:
The two teams are awakened early to dig through the trash for food from the previous night's service. For the challenge, each team is instructed to cut steaks into 10oz portions. The Red Team wins with the most correctly cut steaks. One of the contestants, Larry, is sent to the hospital, due partially to stress, and has to leave the show. For the evening's service, each team has to have one member on the floor as a waiter. Sara was average on the floor while Keith had problems. In the kitchen, Ramsey butts head with most of the chefs and shuts the kitchen down early. He declares the Blue Team the losers and eliminates Gabe for his lack of desire.
