Synopsis:
The finale begins with Heather's parents and Virginia's mother and husband arriving to visit. The finalists are then each given half of the restaurant and the kitchen to create their own dining experience for the final challenge. Before the final service, they are taken to Vegas where they prepare their signature dish and present it to twenty random tasters. The women have to go to a tie breaker and Virginia wins. Once back at Hell's Kitchen, the finalists learn that they will receive the help of six past contestants, Virginia getting to pick her team first as she won the challenge. Heather turns her side of the dining room into a video inspired modern establishment and Virginia installs a waterfall for ambience. At service, Heather succeeds at service but has some issues with the food before it goes out. Virginia clashes with her team and they slow her down due to their dislike of her. Ultimately, both cooks are well reviewed for their food and they find out that the President of the Red Rock Resort was also in attendance. After taking into account customer opinion and overall performance during the show, Heather is named the winner and the reqard of becoming Executive Chef at the Red Rock Resort.
