Synopsis:
The final three are woken up at 4am to bake bread for the next day's dinner service, but only two of the contestants do the work as Jessica drank too much the night before. Soon after they are asked to create a soufflé and Ralph wins the challenge. Ralph is allowed to chose his entrée for the evening and he choses beef. The surprise of the evening is that the parents of each of the contestants are in the restaurant and they end up voting on their favorite dish, not knowing who they are voting for. Jessica's chicken dish only gets one vote. She is eliminated but gets to leave through the front door.
