Synopsis:
Chef Ramsey takes the remaining five contestants and creates one team- the Black Team. From this point on they will be competing as individuals. Ramsey teaches the contestants how to make fruit flambé and then puts them to the test. Jimmy creates the best flambé and wins a helicopter ride over LA. For the evening's dinner service, the contestants also must make caesar salad table side. A number of mishaps occur, including the lights going out. Most notably, Jessica misplaces some fillet mignons and Jimmy stands up to Chef Ramsey. Ralph is deemed the winner of the night and nominates Jimmy and Jessica as the weakest. Jimmy is sent home but not without words of encouragement from Ramsey.
