Hell's Kitchen (Fox): Day Five

Chef Ramsey decides to throw away the existing Hell's Kitchen menu and create a new menu featuring pasta dishes. For the challenge, each team has to make acceptable spaghetti pasta out of pasta dough. The Red Team makes the most pasta in the limited amount of time and wins a gondola ride in the Venice Canals. The nightly service is switched around with two seatings, where one team cooks and the other serves. The Red Team, while serving, tries to sabotage the Blue Team by coaxing the customers to order lasagna, a time consuming dish. The plan works and the Blue Team can't serve everyone before Ramsey 'shuts it down'. Chris is eliminated after Michael surprisingly nominates him in the bottom two.
