Synopsis:
The contestants are tasked with cleaning and prepping the most squids in a short amount of time. The Blue Team has Michael sit out to even the numbers and the Red Team ends up winning by one squid. The Red Team wins a dinner with Ramsey and the losers have to prep the remaining squid. The next challenge is the nightly dinner service and the Blue Team has to prepare their meals with no air conditioning. The Red Team is hurt by the incapacitation of Jeff who is suffering from a recurring kidney stone problem. Many of the restaurant patrons wait over three hours for their meals and an altercation occurs between the maitre'd and a patron who ordered pizza. Ultimately the Red Team loses again and Dewberry is eliminated as he almost walked out of the kitchen when things got too overwhelming.
