Synopsis:
For the finale, Michael and Ralph are put head to head-they each create their own menu, decorate their own restaurant and choose the service uniform. The two finalists cook their signature dishes and put them to the test on the street with regular people sampling the dishes. Michael wins by a vote of 12 to 6. Before the final service, Michael and Ralph try out their dishes on the staff and find out that they will also receive the help of the past six constestants. Michael creates an LA modern restaurant and Ralph opens a New York inspired steakhouse. After both preparing excellent food, the contestants have to stand at side by side doors to the restaurant and whoevers door opens is the winner. Michael's door opens and he is named the winner of Hell's Kitchen.
