Synopsis:
Shultz and Payne take the case of an environmentalist who is accused of torching his stepfather's car dealership and, like Shultz, battles explosive disorder. Adding manpower to their company, Shultz recruits a paralegal disbarred for bank robbery and Payne seeks help from Nicole.
