Peter and Annie believe that Sarah is gay and revel in the hipness of it until they find out she's really been meeting with a female real estate agent to buy the house next door. Tim tries to get revenge on Todd for stealing his favorite t-shirt by taking his prized possessions including his black and white photo of a naked woman who Peter later reveals to be Annie.
