The day has finally arrived! Heroes starlet Hayden Panettiere can vote! (Oh, and she can also legally have sex with you … unless you’re under 18, in which case this isn’t your lucky day.)

So look out, Stephen Colletti! Your previously underage girlfriend is now officially 18. All the men who were scared away by the legal repercussions are going to show up to compete. Panettiere spent the day before her big birthday in NYC doing the David Letterman show. She then flew back to L.A., where she was greeted by a swarm of paparazzi, eager to get a shot of the fresh legal meat.

So who’s Hayden going to end up with now that she’s fair game for everyone? Justin Timberlake? Ryan Phillippe? Ooh, John Mayer, perhaps? She’s already been spotted out clubbing and hanging out with Paris Hilton, so could a stay in rehab be far behind?
