Synopsis:
Miley tells Lilly that she thinks Lilly needs to act more like a girl now that they are in 9th grade. When Matt asks Lilly to the dance, she tells Miley she wants to be turned from "skate chick to date chick." Unfortunately, Matt liked the old Lilly better. Meanwhile, Jackson has to decide who he is taking to the big game.
