Miley wants to get a new phone but Robby won't let her. Miley sells an embarrassing picture of Hannah to a tabloid to get the money but discovers that she was wearing a necklace with "MILEY" on it. To get the picture back, Miley tries to exchange it for an embarrassing picture of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Menwhile, Jackson gets a sunburn from a volleyball game and doesn't want Robbie to find out.
