Synopsis:
Cristina scrubs in on all of Burke's surgeries, making her fellow doctors envious of her. She makes a risky decision when she hears that Bailey wants to scrub in on a "humpty dumpty" prcedure that Burke is signed up for. George and Addison work on a pregnant woman with two uteruses and a big dilemna. Alex hears about this case, and begins to question his future medical specialty. Mark tells him he must make up his mind quickly. Derek receives a surprise visit from his sister. Izzie comes back to work, and is assigned to be Meredith's shadow. On their first case, they deal with a burn victim who is terrified of taking the Bar Exam.
