Synopsis:
Meredith begins dating both Derek and Finn, but she soon realizes they are more interested in competing against each other than wooing her. George isn't ready for Callie to move in, but isn't ready to tell her that either. Izzie attempts to come back to work, but can't bring herself to walk inside the building. Christina deals with Preston, who needs to be taken care of while he recovers. Mark wants Addison to come back to New York with him. Alex works on a little girl who feels no pain and thinks she's a superhero.
