Synopsis:
Alex has moved into George's old room. Dr Colin Marlowe, a visiting cardio-thoracic specialist arrives and everyone is out to impress him, except Cristina who used to date him when he was her professor. No one has identified Alex's Jane Doe yet. Alex advises her to get her eye surgery, even though Addison wants her to wait another day. He later apologizes to Jane Doe, but she says that he is the only person that she trusts. A friend of Derek's comes to the hospital, and he pushes her to have risky surgery. Meredith has her father and stepmother over to the house for dinner. George discovers that Callie has been hiding the fact that she's rich from him. He tells Meredith and Izzie overhears. Callie is furious when she finds out that Izzie knows. She tells George that it's obvious Izzie has a crush on him, then throws him out. George shows up at the house telling Izzie it's her job as his best friend to talk him into staying with Callie. He says he's worried his marriage may have been a mistake. As they get drunker, George tells Izzie that Callie said she must have a crush on him, and they laugh. But then they wake up the next morning naked in Izzie's bed.
