Meredith discovers that her snoring keeps Derek awake at night. A girl with extreme spinal problems is admitted to the hospital. Callie wants Derek's help in performing a radical surgery. Izzie wants in as well, but Bailey won't let her scrub in on a surgery until she deposits her 8.7 million dollar check. George and his family prepare for his father's surgery. George's father secretly asks Bailey and Dr Webber if they will removes his tumors no matter what. Cristina is too stubborn to ask Burke how his hand is, and Burke is too stubborn to tell her. Alex and Addison grow closer while working together on Meredith's niece. Meredith avoids her father.
