Synopsis:
The doctors are on their own when the nurses go on strike at the hospital. Alex, Cristina and Izzie decide to go to work, while Alex stays in solidarity with the nurses. Meredith finds working with the new doctor, Dr. Heron, quite different from following Dr. Bailey's approach and tries to deal with an old woman who wishes not to be resuscitated. Meanwhile, Izzie and Cristina tend to a woman's rash, while Addison utilizes Izzie's help for a complex pregnancy.
