Oh Blair Waldorf, say it ain't so!

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester is the latest young celeb to be hit with sex tape rumors. Somewhere, Lauren Conrad is breathing a sigh of relief.

TMZ reports that a video featuring a nude Meester and her then-boyfriend has surfaced online. The tape was reportedly shot a few years ago -- she is now 23.

When will these girls ever learn?

At least the tape sounds sort of original -- there's been some chatter about Meester's "talented feet."
