Frasier: Sleeping With The Enemy

The support staff at KACL are upset because Kate is not giving them their annual 5% raise. Roz convinces Frasier to rally the on-air talent in support of the staff, and everyone decides to confront Kate in her office. When Kate arrives, everyone runs away except for Frasier, who begins arguing with Kate. Their argument soon turns to passion, and they end up kissing.
