Synopsis:
Upon learning that Seattle's oldest restaurant is closing, Frasier and Niles decide to get into the restaurant business and buy their own place. On opening night, disaster strikes: the chef quits, and the waiters are taken to the emergency room. Niles and Daphne take charge of the kitchen, and Martin acts as bartender. Roz helps out as a waitress but accidentally sets the restaurant on fire.
