Synopsis:
Frasier buys Martin a telescope as a gift, and Martin starts spying on people in other buildings. He sees a woman, Irene, looking through her own telescope at him, and the two start writing notes to each other. Irene asks Martin on a date, but Martin declines because he is afraid of what she'll think about his bad hip and having to use a cane. After some convincing from Frasier and Daphne, Martin agrees to go out with Irene.
