Synopsis:
When a woman is found dead in a factory, Foyle suspects her death is an accident. However, when another woman is brutally murdered he begins to think the two deaths are linked. When Sergeant Milner becomes the main suspect, Foyle and Sam must find a way to prove his innocence.
