Faithful Unto Death

When housewife Simone Hollingsworth fails to turn up for bell-ringing practice, her fellow campanologists are not surprised. But the villagers begin to notice that her husband, her neighbor and her best friend are behaving oddly. Inspector Barnaby asks the local police to look into it, but not until her husband Alan is found dead of an overdose does the extent of the crime become clear. Even when Barnaby discovers who did it, he may not be able to prove it.
