Renee Sherrard-Luther runs a therapeutic horse riding program called Freedom Hills Riding Program from her home. Her husband recently died and now she must maintain the stables and her family by herself. The riding facility as well as the home need many renovations. Ty and the gang head to Maryland to help restore the facility and the home.
