Synopsis:
With Carter unreachable as he takes an intense company-mandated physical and psychological test, Jo takes over as acting sheriff. She immediately begins behaving strangely - flirting with Fargo, allowing Zoe to stay up late and letting her hair down in the bar - until it's determined she's really not herself.
