Synopsis:
Lewis tries to give patient satisfaction marks a boost by assigning Kovac to show the residents more effective methods of communication. The doctors are quickly forced to try out their communication skills when two teenagers afflicted with gunshot wounds are admitted, but after a rough surgery, Neela is unable to clearly tell one of the boys' grandmother of his death. Meanwhile, Abby comes back to work and tries to put the memory of her abduction behind her, while Lewis tries to shoo away a personal injury lawyer who has taken up shop outside the hospital, intending to gain some new clients.
