Synopsis:
Eli takes the case of news anchor whose been removed from his job. After sleeping with Maggie, Eli faces off against her in their latest trial and realizes she's emerged as a formidable attorney. Meanwhile, as Wethersby, Stone & Associates continues to struggle to stay afloat, Matt tries to assist his former firm which ultimately leads to a profound decision on his part.
