Synopsis:

Charlotte Emery, a sheltered homemaker, is disillusioned with marriage and intent on leaving her husband. Standing in line to withdraw all the money in her bank account to finance her departure, she is suddenly taken hostage at gunpoint by Jake, a nervous young bank robber.
