Synopsis:
The Doctor and Rose come into contact with a group of people studying the good Doctor. When members of the group begin to disappear, the culprit is revealed to be a life-absorbing blob from another planet who wants the Doctor to be his next meal. And, a young man from the group recounts the meaningful moments in his life via a video diary, and it is here he reveals that meeting the Doctor led to his mother's death.
