Synopsis:
The late Rex Van De Kamp narrates. Edie's ex-husband unexpectedly drops off their son with her. Edie tries to pawn him off on Carlos for a night. Tom tries to plan a surprise for Lynette's anniversary. Danielle Van De Kamp discovers that she's pregnant with Austin's child. Orson decides to have it covered up, saying that she's studying abroad. He also makes Austin leave town, just after Julie has offered to give him a second chance. Victor Lang, a man running for mayor, makes a play for Gabrielle. Mike discovers the engagement ring he had on him was meant for Susan. He confronts Ian about it at a poker game.
