Dangerous Missions

The series premieres with the episode, "Marine Raiders." From 1942 to 1944, four elite U.S. Marine Corps Raider commando units conducted fast, hard-hitting raids on the enemy. The Marine Raiders helped to undermine Japanese supremacy on the ground and paved the way for Allied victory in the Pacific.

The second episode, "Forward Observers," recounts the experiences of soldiers who risk their lives to gather information on enemy positions and strength.
