Another week, another Dancing With the Stars injury.

Holly Madison may have broken a rib while rehearsing the tango this week with partner Dmitry Chaplin, according to UsMagazine.com.

Madison, who was a last-minute replacement for injured singer Jewel, reportedly bruised her ribs while last week while learning the samba. She may have aggravated the injury while performing in Tuesday's dance-off against Denise Richards.

"She's in a lot of pain right now," her rep tells the magazine.

If Madison drops out of the competition, could Denise Richards be back in??? Stay tuned.
