Synopsis:
When Patty asks Ellen if Tom offered her a job when he was going to start his own practice, she lies and says "no" to protect Tom. Later she regrets it and talks to Tom about them both going to Patty, but he tells her she can't and they make an alliance to trust each other. Then he turns around and calls Patty. Meanwhile, there is trouble with the case when their witness, Gregory Malina disappears before he can be disposed. And Patty deals with Michael coming home from treatment.
