Synopsis:
Tom tells Patty he's received another offer and he's going to take it. Arthur wants to put more pressure on Patty to make the case go away. Patty is fired by the clients and in a surprise turn of events they hire Tom Shayes to represent them. Knowing Patty wants him back, he brings the client back to her and agrees to come back to work for her if she'll make him a partner. She agrees to make him an unnamed partner. Tom settles for it and joins the team again. Meanwhile, Ellen is having issues with her personal life, but learns that Katie is seeing Gregory again and tells Patty they need to subpoena him.
