CSI: New York: Hostage

When a heist goes bad and a bank manager is shot dead, the frantic gunman takes the entire bank hostage and demands a CSI come in to prove his innocence. Mac goes in and finds that the evidence does indicate that the gunman was not the shooter. Mac believes the man's story that the real gunmen sent him back to retrieve the cell phone they left behind and that they are holding his family hostage. Mac goes with the man to the house only to learn that it was a trick.
