Synopsis:
The contestants learn that there are six different kinds of smiles: swimsuit, evening gown, I've got a secret, natural, interview and closing smile. Tensions mount between the warring factions in the beauty pageant house. When each mother/daughter must "hold a smile" on a rotating pedestal for a full minute in the competition, rival housemates resort to differing tactics to break their smile, with shocking results. Heather and Brenda are eliminated.
