Synopsis:
Just as Mac is announcing the name of her new National Security Advisor, news breaks that terrorists are caught smuggling weapons across the border with Canada. Mac and the Attorney General publicly clash over how to properly handle the problem, which gives Templeton ammunition to attack Mac's motives in public. Amy is disappointed to learn that security concerns will prevent her from Trick or Treating like a normal kid, and Horace is embarassed that the talk show hosts are ridiculing Rod for being First Gentleman.
