Synopsis:
When Jeffries' former partner brings them a gun that was used in the murder of an out-of-towner, Lilly and Scotty have to go to Knoxville to investigate. Besides being a rising country singer, the victim, Truck was involved with two women and fighting with his brother who was also his partner in the band. Although at first Lilly and Scotty believe that it was the love triangle that lead to his death, they eventually discover that it was his music and the money that could be made that caused his death. While in Knoxville, Scotty hooks up with a young woman who works at the police station and Lilly admits she was almost married in Knoxville when she was 19.
