Synopsis:
When a debit card is being used that belongs to dead man that was killed a year ago, Lilly reopens the 2005 case. A popular drug counselor, Joseph Shaw, is murdered two days before he scheduled to testify against one of students. Lilly, who's usually a "by the book" investigator, becomes infatuated with Joseph, taking a picture of him home. She becomes so enchanted with the victim she ignores other procedural rules, putting herself and other investigators in danger.
