Synopsis:
Lilly reopens a 1984 case that involved the shooting of a popular ER doctor as a result of a new witness that comes forward. A mentally ill homeless man was convicted of the crime based on circumstantial evidence and eventually died in prison. The new witness reveals that the doctor was loved by many that included friends, family and patients but he had gambling addiction that weighed heavy on him. To expose who the killer really is Lilly must investigate further into the gambling realm .
