Synopsis:
Lilly Rush, the only female detective in her Philadelphia homicide squad, is assigned to investigate "cold cases," crimes that have never been solved. As she tries to find new evidence and information to solve crimes that are sometimes decades old, Rush enlists the help of her colleagues, Lt. John Stillman, a mentor to Rush, Det. Will Jeffries, Det. Nick Vera, and her new partner, Scotty Vallens.
