"Operation: F.A.S.T.-F.O.O.D." "F.A.S.T.-F.O.O.D." stands for "Find Another Stupid Task For Our Oblivious Dodo." Per Kids Next Door tradition, Numbuh 3 makes a wish for her birthday that has to be fulfilled. She wants to lead a mission, so Numbuh 1 has to come up with a bogus mission she will succeed in.
