Synopsis:
During the investigation of a murder of a college student, Ray and Ed discover that the boy's death may be linked with a gambling ring led out of a college student's house. To complicate matters a juror hears a witness admit that he was paid to lie on the stand forcing a mistrial. Meanwhile, Conlon's daughter visits colleges.
